The following conditions apply to all agreements entered into by customers and DSAINT AB (”DSAINT”) regarding the purchase and delivery of goods from DSAINTS website www.dsaint.se (the “Website”).

PURCHASE AGREEMENT

A Purchase agreement has been entered into and applies when you as a customer (”the Customer”) has fully paid the order of goods on DSAINTS Website. After the payment has been completed, the Customer receives an order confirmation by e-mail from DSAINT confirming the purchase. DSAINT only delivers goods to persons with a minimum age of 18 years, as Swedish law requires such age to be met for entering into agreements. Furthermore, the Customer has to leave accurate information of a physical shipping address and an e-mail address.

PRICES & FEES

When ordering goods on the Website, the listed prices that are stated for each product is current and valid. The price of a product is given in Swedish kronor (SEK) or in Euro (EUR) and is always including the current VAT applicable in Sweden (currently 25%). Its free shipping within Sweden when ordering over for 500 kronor (SEK) or more. The shipping fee for international deliveries is 130 SEK (13EUR). The prices do not include fees for returning the goods, any applicable payment fees, transaction fees or similar fees that the customer’s bank may require for the payment transaction. The price do not include local taxes and fees that may be applicable to Customers outside the European Union (EU).

LOCAL TAXES & FEES


Please note that local charges and fees, for example sales tax and customs duty fees, may occur for Customers that order goods from the website that will be delivered to countries outside the European Union (EU). The local taxes and fees depends on regulations in the country that the goods will be delivered within and is based on the Customers delivery address, region and local customs duties. These charges are at the Customers own expense and are not included in the price on the Website. The local taxes and fees and are usually payable when the Customer picks up the goods from a post office or similar.

PAYMENT

DSAINT has the right to charge the Customer for an order of goods from the Website before any delivery will be made. Completed payment is a prerequisite for an order to be handled and is therefore a condition for the delivery. The payment to DSAINT is handled by our partners Klarna AB (”Klarna”) to guarantee a secured payment transaction. 

Klarna provides a secured payment solution for card transactions as well as invoice and installment. The payment transaction is handled through direct payment between Klarna and the Customer’s bank. Klarna collaborates with VISA, MasterCard and all Swedish banks who offers direct payment to their customers (Handelsbanken, SEB, Nordea och Swedbank). The Customer does not have to be a member of Klarna in order to make payments through Klarna.

SECURED PAYMENTS

DSAINTS partner Klarna handle the purchase transaction on the Website and DSAINT is therefore not processing any payment data at the time of the purchase. 
Klarna is responsible for the payment transaction and the transaction is encrypted and supports 3D-secure. Klarna always control that the Customer’s bank card is valid and has coverage for the purchase amount. In the event that there is not coverage for the purchase amount, DSAINT has the right to refuse the card purchase and Klarna will then deny the transaction.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

DSAINT delivers all goods that are ordered on the website through the distributor DHL AB. DSAINTS ambition is to deliver the goods to the Customer within 2-6 working days to a shipping address within Sweden and 5-9 working days to shipping addresses international. The order will be delivered once the purchase and order is completed.

If goods are damaged or lost during the delivery to the Customer, DSAINT is responsible for such loss. The Customer must notify DSAINTS customer service within a reasonable time (within 1 month) from the purchase date by sending an e-mail to info@dsaint.se. If the goods are damaged or lost when the Customer returns them to DSAINT, the Customer is responsible for the loss.

Shipping costs will be added for all deliveries outside Sweden.
Free shipping within Sweden over 500 SEK otherwise 49 SEK.The shipping fee for international deliveries is 130 SEK (13EUR).

RETURN OF GOODS

The Customer has a right to return the goods within 14 days after receiving the delivery. Any questions regarding your return please contact us at info@dsaint.se.

The condition of a withdrawal from the purchase agreement is that the goods ordered and delivered to the Customer have been returned to DSAINTS address within 14 days after the delivery date and that the goods are undamaged, i.e. in original packaging , unused, free of stains, all the labels remain, that hygienic protection are not removed and returned in DSAINT mini bag which the goods are packaged in. As swimwear products are hygienically sensitive products, it is important that the return follows our terms to be accepted.

Any return shipping fee is paid by the Customer. In case of faulty goods, please see section ” Faulty goods” for more information about how to do a complaint.

When DSAINT has received the goods that have been returned in accordance with above and such return has been accepted by DSAINT, the money which have been paid for the goods will be refunded to the Customer within 14 days. The value of the goods is refunded, minus shipping costs (if thats the case.) The money will be refunded to the same bank account that was used for the payment transaction through KLARNA.  

FAULTY GOODS

In case of faulty goods, i.e. obvious material-, production or shipping damages, the Customer is asked to immediately send a complain to DSAINTS customer service on the e-mail address info@dsaint.se with a description and picture of the damaged goods. For approved complains, DSAINT sends a new return label to the Customer by e-mail. DSAINT pays for the return costs of approved faulty goods.

OUT OF STOCK

An offer to purchase goods on the Website is time limited and as long as the stock lasts. In case of final sale of goods or miscalculation of the stock, DSAINT has the right to cancel the order and refund any payments made by the Customer. In case of such event, the Customer will be contacted by DSAINT and the money paid for the goods will be refunded.

DISCOUNT & GIFT CARD

If the Customer has a discount code or a gift card (so called “Coupon code”), it can be used as a payment method on the Website. The amount corresponding to the Coupon code is automatically deducted from the total purchase amount and can cover the entire purchase amount, which will be the Customer’s payment, or cover a small part, which means that the Customer needs to pay the remaining amount of the total sum with KLARNA.

If the Customer wants to use the right to withdrawal from the purchase and return fully or partially paid goods where the payment has been made through a coupon code, the refund will be that the Customer receives a new coupon code containing the amount used for the purchase. If the Customer has partially paid the purchase price of the goods by debit or credit card, the balance (which remains after the gift card amount has been repaid and shipping cost has been deducted from the amount) will be refunded to the same bank account that was used for the payment.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of Force Majeure, e.g. natural disasters, strikes , illness of personnel, transportation disruptions, trade barriers or bans, government decisions, failed deliveries from subcontractors, costly events or related similar event that is beyond DSAINTS control and whether this event occurs in DSAINTS business or within DSAINTS suppliers, DSAINTS obligations to the Customer is postponed. If the event of Force Majeure is longer than one (1) month, the Customer as well as DSAINT, has the right to cancel the purchase and withdraw from the purchase agreement without any obligation to pay damages to the other party. If the purchase agreement is cancelled, the conditions between the parties shall be as if the purchase agreement never occurred (i.e. the customer will be refunded for the amount paid for the goods and DSAINT shall recover any goods delivered to the Customer).

CHANGES OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS

DSAINT may change the terms and conditions. Therefore recommended that Customer reads them at the time of each purchase. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

DSAINT is the owner of all intellectual property rights of all pictures, video material, illustrations, logotypes and texts that are available for the reader on the website www.dsaint.se A written consent from DSAINT is necessary if any other party would like to use such material.

RESERVATIONS

DSAINT has no liability for any mistakes in texts or illustrations. Any dispute is referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the European Consumer Centers Network (ECCN).
